Shipping Information

After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

 

*Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.

**Please note 2 day shipping method selected to ship to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days.

For international orders, shipping rates vary and are based on real-time quotes received directly from the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). These rates will be calculated and displayed after the shipping address is entered during the checkout process. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all duties, customs, or applicable import fees assigned by the destination country.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

The wire connector was too loose fitting and required an adjustment to work consistently.

Warranty Replacement of ignition unit

Very Impressed with the prompt response to emails and General Customer Service from the HQ.

Only the mix up ( on the Shipping Dept.) on the shipment of the “Correct” ignition unit, was there a extra delay.

Overall , very happy with the HQ customer service.

I have purchased many Magma BBQ’s and I’m Satisfied with the Quality of the Brand.

The Only recommendation is, that the local Dealers/Agents, should be required to carry the normal “Routine” replacement items, such as Regulators, Burners, Grills, ignition units for purchase.

Not only must this be a good extra source of revenue, but keeps the customer coming back to that Shop and seeing New Models of Product.

We have just had a New Dealer Appointed in the Region were I am, and they have none of these normal “Replacement “ , Consumable items.

It is these small things, that spoil the “Brand” image, in that Local Market, if it looks like it is not Supported.
