Shipping Information

After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

 

*Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.

**Please note 2 day shipping method selected to ship to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

A Nice Surprise

I love these pans! This was a replacement pan. It was supposed to be a nonstick, the packing slip even showed this, but what when I opened the box, it contained a stainless pan. However, I am not disappointed at all. Cooking with these pans, especially on a boat and very limited space, is a pleasure. Not only can I use it on my LP stove, but my induction burner as well.

Game Changer

Nostick fry pan

I bought the stainless steel pan set and eggs and potatoes stuck in the stainless pan then I ordered the nonstick fry pan and it’s great. Still love the magma pans are great.

Skillet

I have not had the opportunity to try my new skillet. It is a replacement of one that I have used for 8 years. It is almost the only pan that I use in our stacking set. My original one was just worn out. I must like the set or I would not have ordered a replacement.

Replacement unit

We had used our 10" pan for two years when it lost it's non-stick even though it had no scratches. We tried several methods to restore the non-stick but none of those worked. We eventually purchased a replacement from Magna. The new one is perfect, for now. It hard to give a rating in this circumstance but 5 stars when new, zero stars when its two years old equals a average of three stars.
