I am glad to get this inner fire pan, and appreciate customer service help in returning the wrong and ordering the correct part. Weather hasn't been conducive to grilling yet (bummer) but I look forward to it.

We've had the Magma Del Mar pedestal grill that is made for homes for 7 years and this was the first component I have had to replace. We live by the ocean so salt and rust are challenges for many of our outdoor appliances (A/C, fans, door knobs, etc.), but the Magma grill continues to look like new. When we replaced the inner fire pan, the service representative quickly responded to all of our questions and the product arrived in a few days. Easy install too. Great product and service. I highly recommend Magma and would buy again.
The pan will extend the life of the grill. Replacement was a bear, the first time it had been done and the burner was rusted and very difficult to remove. Once that was done, it was an easy fix and the unit works like new. Thanks for the technical advice..
