Poor quality for the price

The infrared grill plates warp with heat as well as the grill racks. No reason for this price to have these issues. The thermometer quit after the second usage. Very disappointed that $500 for a bbq for the boat doesn't come with far better quality than this.

Hi Guy,
We are sorry to hear you are upset with your grill. The warping can happen to the screens due to the molecular structure of the metal. The heat will cause thermal expansion of the metal, and can cause the metal to warp. This does not happen all the time, as there is no way to tell when this will occur. When this happens, we suggest that you heat the screen at least 4-5 times, allowing the screen to cool completely before repeating. The screen should become annealed and stop warping.
