The crossover double burner and attachments are the very first purchase of magma products that I’ve had, and considering that we bought “everything” available, it was a significant spend. When we bought it, we unfortunately had some shipping damage but a phone call to Magma had it sorted out and replaced, to our door, within 48hrs. Yes the slide is great, it allows for true levelling to ensure that juices are running the way it should, but more importantly is that these people stand behind their products.
I’m a day when low prices tempt you into buying “fancy looking garbage” that have zero customer support, I will gladly pay the extra to get quality products, painless customer service, and peace of mind.
