The regulator is for screw on bottles. I did not see that in the description
Our new Magma grill had very low output. Would not even toast a bagel. For a variety of reasons could not get to the boat until today. With the new regulator the grill heated up and we tried a bagel again. Toasted bagel just what we wanted. So it turns out the original regulator was defective. Happy with the replacement. Thanks for your quick and painless response and replacement.
