The material is guaranteed with a 5 year warranty that covers the fabric from becoming unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals.

20 some years old and still works and looks great.
My mother bought this as gift for my husband back in 1999-2000. Just need to buy a new cover again when they are restocked. Have ordered replacement parts as needed and added the Woc which is very handy.
