Shipping Information

After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

 

*Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.

**Please note 2 day shipping method selected to ship to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

I find that this door does work however should have a knob of some sort to control the opening

Please note the top screw has a larger groove and was designed for you to use the edge of a spatula to control the opening and closing of the draft door assembly when in-use.

Draft door added to propane grill.

Seems to be fine. Mounted on lid of old propane grill to allow baking.

Gale,
Thank you for the product suggestion. There is actually a very good reason why we do not put a draft door on our gas grills. By closing off the holes it restricts the necessary air intake for proper air/gas mixture into the unit as well as does not allow for proper exhausting which in turn can cause the grill to over heat potentially damaging the stainless steel.
