After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

Refresh for my 12 year old BBQ

Magma did an amazing job getting our Del Mar bbq back on its feet after years of every day service. We needed a few parts, but our beautiful bbq looks and works like new again!! Thank you magma! I am elated to be able to affordable repair a quality product and give it a new lease on life.

Rebuilding old barbecue

So electrode was the last piece to completing my rebuild project. The first one I received didn't work for me so they sent me on another one but I think there's a different issue because it's still not working but the customer service is amazing

I might have broke it

I had it working great , but had to take it off because fire wasn't getting hot enough . After that it wouldn't spark .
