Very Impressed with the prompt response to emails and General Customer Service from the HQ.
Only the mix up ( on the Shipping Dept.) on the shipment of the βCorrectβ ignition unit, was there a extra delay.
Overall , very happy with the HQ customer service.
I have purchased many Magma BBQβs and Iβm Satisfied with the Quality of the Brand.
The Only recommendation is, that the local Dealers/Agents, should be required to carry the normal βRoutineβ replacement items, such as Regulators, Burners, Grills, ignition units for purchase.
Not only must this be a good extra source of revenue, but keeps the customer coming back to that Shop and seeing New Models of Product.
We have just had a New Dealer Appointed in the Region were I am, and they have none of these normal βReplacement β , Consumable items.
It is these small things, that spoil the βBrandβ image, in that Local Market, if it looks like it is not Supported.
