Shipping Information

After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

 

*Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.

**Please note 2 day shipping method selected to ship to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

Magma's most popular LeveLock® fish rod holder mount is available in (4) additional pole lengths, in 6" increments up to 24" added to our standard length.  This mount is constructed of marine grade Stainless Steel tubing and anodized Aluminum components. These components have been hard anodized to aircraft quality for extremely high corrosion resistance. With an increased adjustment range and sturdy draw tight handle design this heavy duty mount is the strongest, most corrosion resistant, and most versatile mount available on the market. These are custom made items, please allow for 2 weeks lead time to produce.  Use with any Magma Rectangular Grill, Bait/ Filet Table, or Tournament Series Cleaning Station (sold separately).  **Please note fasteners are not included with the mount, but rather are included with the Grill.
