Shipping Information

After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

 

*Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.

**Please note 2 day shipping method selected to ship to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

Heavy Duty Lever with Washer for Rail Mount

This lever is a replacement for one on my dual rail mount for my rectangular grill. They work great. However this is to replace the one I lost in the water while attaching the grill this summer. It has to be loosened to mount the grill and I just loosened it a little too much. Wish there were a stop before it comes off but I don’t see how without lengthening the bolts on the mount which are pretty long already to accommodate the larger 1 1/4 rail on our boat. A testament to the holding power of the mounts the one side held our grill for us to cook on even with a breeze blowing. We have the dual mount that extends the grill out over the edge of the boat.
