Shipping Information

After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

**Please note 2 day shipping method selected to ship to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

Board insert not so great

The board warped the first time I used it, so it now sits uneven in the tray, apparently not very heat resistant.

Great feature for my Magma Kettle grill!

Like a third hand the tray is great. You should make a larger version that folds in half doubling the size!

Nice Tray

Have a tray similar to this for use on my boat, so thought I would order one for my new beach grill. Shipping sent the wrong size: 17" radius for kettle grills vs. 14" for beach grill. Support immediately addressed the issue and sent me the correct size (hopefully). Have not received yet and am confident it will be fine. Simply a shipping error.
