After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

This rack has been specifically designed to save that valuable dock space while allowing you easy and convenient access to your water toys. Building the rack system is simple; start with the base rack, R10-1003-64, and purchase the specific arms (sold separately) that best fit your needs. Rack arms are constructed from 304 Mirror Polished Marine Grade Stainless Steel tubing and are available in either straight, 30” x 1-1/2” Dia., R10-1010-30, or 36” x 1-1/2” Dia., R10-1010-36, for Kayak’s and water toys, or angled, 1” Dia., R10-1020, for SUP’s / Board’s. Fully assembled this rack holds up to 4 Kayaks and 5 SUP’s or any combination of both. The base rack is designed to be mounted directly to any dock. Constructed with 1-1/2” Dia. 304 Mirror Polished Marine Grade Stainless Steel tubing, each vertical uprights has adjustment holes spaced 2” apart for maximum storage capacity. Rack and components include pre-installed UV resistant polyethylene foam pads, Stainless Steel mounting / attachment fasteners, and stainless steel tie-down end loops for using securing straps or a cable lock to safely secure items in the rack. Whether you’re new to water sports or a seasoned veteran this rack system is a must have for every water activity enthusiast.
