Made of 18-8 stainless steel and cast 356 hard anodized aluminum to endure the most severe marine environment. This versatile mount fits most cylindrical type rod holders and its unique quick disconnect system allows instant installation or storage after use without tools. This patented mount is the strongest, most corrosion resistant, most versatile mount in the industry. Rod holder not included.

Gripping Buy

Fantastic item and high quality. Easy to fit and operate. The ability to tilt my board backward, wash and have all the water pour out the back overboard is fantastic.

Great product for the application

The double locking rod mount holder works great. Our first use was under less than ideal sea conditions on a mooring and it worked just as expected. I do however have a minor issue with the spreader part that is at the base of the rod mount. There is a small pin that holds the spreader piece. The pin fell out when I first opened the package and it continued to be loose when returned to its placement. A simple application of tape solves the issue, but there should be a better solution for a new product purchase.

Not what I expected.

It clamps into a rod holder pretty well. But the grill itself is still wobbly. I got it thru Magma directly and For $110.00 I’m not impressed. I was also under the impression I could leave it set up while cruising and because of the wobble I afraid it will fall over and chip the fiberglass on the boat.

Save your money and just get the standard rod mount.
