We have an RV and a boat and needed a set of nesting stainless steel pans with 2 removable handles. One of the handles arrived with a big dent on it. Magma customer service promptly replaced it after I sent a picture and explained what happened. Love this set, the handles attach quickly to each pan.
I already wrote you a glowing email when I received the replacement handle in record time.
