In a safe manner. I called and spoke to customer service lady her name was Cynthia. I explained my issues and sent pictures and she researched to tell me is was over 20 years old and they had all the parts to get it up and running. I exchanged the old parts for the new parts (very easy to do)and our grill is working great. Thank you magma and special thanks to Cynthia you are awesome,
