After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

I’ve got the smaller unit, but easily serves 4 to 5 . Light, portable. Cleans easily. I’ve had problems with original regulator, however Magma replaced it w/o any qualms, not he new one is an update making it much easier to see the settings. In the end it cooks and cleans well and easy, so it earned a 5 star

Control valva regulator replacement

The replacement control valve regulator works like it should. I called customer service to complain that the regulator on the grill was not working and they sent one out within a couple of days. I could not be happier with the service provided.

Regulator

I am very pleased with my Magma BBQ and new regulator. I replaced my original Party Kettle Grill after 12 years of great service. The new grill and regulator are functioning as expected. Magma is the best marine BBQ I’ve ever owned. Will definitely stay with Magma in the future.
