Magma Infrared

Replacement part

This grate was a replacement part for a poorly manufactured grate (the welds had failed) in a brand new grill.

So disappointment that I received the bad part in the first place, poor Quality Control, but kudos for replacing it pretty quickly with a good part and NO charges.

Excellent Customer Care Response

The secondary cooking grate for my new grill was damaged on delivery. It was unusable. I contacted Magma Customer Service and had a replacement grate in 48 hours at no charge. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thanks guys. You rock.
