You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.
Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.
If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.
Damage claims are handled through the carrier.
Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.
Outstanding support from Magma - old handle broke after a couple of months. Contacted Magma and new one was sent immediately. Great Customer Service.

The double burner grill is SO heavy! Handles will (and did) break if you lift with them to the side.
However, company replaced no questions asked.
I had the burner cover vertical(leaning against the side of the grill fixture), the handle extended, when the wind suddenly increased and blew the cover down onto the handle. It broke the handle. I contacted Magma, explained my circumstance, and ordered a replacement. It shipped promptly, and once received, I exchanged the new for the broken one in 10 minutes or less. Great service from Magma. If your handle is broken then this is an easy fix to have a support for your cover. I do not recommend breaking your handle. I do recommend Magma for the replacement.
