Shipping Information

After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

**Please note 2 day shipping method selected to ship to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

Pizza Oven Storage Case

My storage case was too small making it quite a challenge to slide the oven into it. Lupe (customer service) was her (usual) spectacular self and immediately forwarded me a replacement. Thank you for standing behind your products!

Great customer service!

Originally, I ordered one of these covers for my Magma grill, only to find the fit was so tight, I couldn’t get the grill into the bag without 2 people (lube would have helped too!). I contacted customer service and they were beyond helpful. They did verify I was attempting to use the correct bag, but other than that, they didn’t grill me with 100 “solutions” or questions. They simply apologized for the problem and said they would ship a new bag as soon as they made sure the new bag didn’t have the same problem. They literally put a grill into a bag (ensuring it was a one man job) before sending the replacement! The replacement is a snug fit, but is very doable alone. 😊
