This Crossover Series Bundle comes with the Single Firebox, powered by a 15,000 BTU burner and works as a stand alone stove, and the Grill Top. The Firebox is made with 304 brushed stainless steel and cast aluminum components. The Grill top is made with 304 mirror polish stainless steel and a cast aluminum base. The non-corrosive, cast aluminum base on the Grill Top prevents heat distortion to maintain a perfect fit with the Firebox. The Grill includes a unique diffuser plate to provide even heat across the entire cooking surface, funnels grease away from the burner into the Firebox grease containment system, and helps maintain temperature and control smoke. The lid includes a thermometer and locks into place for easy transport. Bulky for RV's
The units themselves seem to have been built well but for older people, the weight of lifting the units will become cumbersome. Firebox is 28lbs while the burner is 20lbs which is not listed on the BBQ Guys website-an authorized dealer. Everyone should check the weight of each unit before purchasing if you have enough time to scout around for details. There is NO return available with the dealer because it was on sale. Also, there is not guidelines on being able to attach the grill to your RV or camper. There definitely needs to be more help on the instructions.
