Shipping Information

After we receive your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days (EXCLUDES weekends and holidays) for our team to physically put together your order and package it for shipping. Once this is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Transit time will vary based on shipment method selected and the order ship to destination.

**Please note 2 day shipping method selected to ship to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days.

Freight Damage and Shipment Problems

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All title and risk of loss for the purchased items pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.

Products shipped by Magma Products LLC are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.

If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Magma Products LLC immediately.

Damage claims are handled through the carrier.

Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

Grease catch pan

I lost overboard when I turned grill sideways. glad to have the catch Pan back. I do use a silicone grate pad to help grease from getting to pan, but does the job if some grease sneaks by

Outstanding Grill, Outstanding Customer Service

Recently I contacted Magma as I had realized a grill I purchased last fall was missing the drip pan. In this day and age, I was not expecting much to be honest as recently I had been told by other manufacturers that their defective products issue needed to be taken up with Amazon, since I purchased it there. As would have been the case in this instance, I was well out of the Amazon return window.

But, very much to my surprise, Magma couldn’t have been more helpful! What a breath of fresh air to have someone stand behind their products! Magma immediately sent out the missing drip pan without hesitation. This confirmed my choice to spend a little more on the Magma grill than some of the other options out there. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. In this case I received an awesome grill, and awesome follow up customer service! Thank you MAGMA!
