Marine Crossover burner & Grill Top
I ordered through Amazon and received it within 1 day. The grill top lock was not installed correctly. I called Magma and spoke to Cynthia Nevarez, Customer Support and she was very responsive. She asked questions and I emailed her an invoice and a video of what was wrong. Within a couple of hours she responded back and rectified the problem.
Great product and even greater customer service.
I do have a problem though, my husband installed the grill on our boat and unfortunately the back grease catcher was not locked in place and it fell into the ocean. How can I obtain a new one??
