Anti-Flare Infrared technology produces intense, evenly distributed heat, eliminating Flare-Up and immediately emulsifies drippings giving your meal a great smoky flavor. Constructed entirely of 304 mirror-polished stainless steel to withstand even the harshest environments. Equipped with fold-away table top legs for go-anywhere use. Its fuel efficient swiveling control valve, attaches to pre regulated, low pressure propane (LPG) fuel systems or can be adapted for use with 1lb. disposable propane fuel canisters or natural gas (CNG) fuel systems.
