Oxidisation issue

The aluminium clamp component oxidises as it is contact with the stainless steel plates and bolts. Requires annoying unnecessary regular treatment / cleaning. It should all be stainless.

The mount works but the metal bar to tighten is too large

This mount doesn’t come with a normal knob to tighten it. It comes with a metal bar. Unfortunately, this bar is too tall for the mount to work on a rail that is too close to the gunwale. If your bars are six inches high, you’re probably OK, but if they are mounted at four inches this mount won’t work unless you replace that bar.

Did not fit tightly around a 1-1/2 “ would not hold the Cabo Grill in place. Had to return it
