Great warranty service!

The representative was very helpful and immediately offered a solution in the Extra-low output regulator. Her explanation of why the normal regulator is too hot for shore use (normally a lot of wind on boats) was very information and helped explain why a different regulator is used for shore use. I'll recommend this company with whole-hearted enthusiasm.

Awesome customer service

This low output regulator was sent to me because of ongoing flare ups and food burning on my 1990 Kettle that had been updated over the years. The original briquettes and screen are no longer available and the replacement parts just never were ideal. So far this low flow regulator seems to be working.
